The annual PULINET Conference is the premier forum for presentation of new research and practice results in the field of Library Sciences and related disciplines. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to bring this event online and thus called the 11th PULINET Online National Conference -PULINET 2021 and this year’s topic will be “New Normal for Libraries: Opportunities & Challenges”. This two-day online conference on January 6-7, 2021 will provide the opportunity for researchers to present research results related to Information Services, Information Management, and Organization Management for higher education libraries. Participants will be university library executives, librarians, information technologists, computer technocrats, teachers and students in Library Science, Information Technology and related fields from every part of the country.
